Yeap i´m starting re-building my proto.

SB 350 cid stroked 383 MEGASQUIRT is coming
TH350+NP208 planetary+slice mog cas
2x 406 mogs front axles -hydraulic lockings
Stearing brakes
2.5" Saw air shocks and hydraulic body lifting
And more all kind spesial things.....

Here we go... starting stripp





JIG build up 2x300x400



Line up and horisontal line



Here couple reasons for re-building.. old frame was for FJ-55 yotas with couple modifi....



Welded on the jig and first assembly for cage and frame



Second "the start up cage" starts to look like something





Assembly fist real frame





Test welding some tube 105 A with 2.4mm elektrod was best 48x2,6 tube



Yeap now i´ll take frame and move to benders garage Bein oy
And here are the benders



Tubes bended more and attached in place " rock sliders"



Head and sidetubes in place and test sitting with my frend...



Door pipes in place



X-pipes in place

Yes nice, but why have you build the frame smaller on the left side (transfercase)??

Its not smaler on the left side the hole frame is bended towards right... Why I also wounder..

yes i see that but it will be smaller inside on left side?

Motor line is 90mm offset from front axle tubeline. It´s easyer make motor mountings when they are near the block

I went to visit at bender work shop and look what he done with my pipes..



So i had to work out off something of those...
